Our Services provide tools and platforms for real estate professionals, including:

• PartnerPro™: A white-labeled platform for real estate agents to manage their business and client relationships
• IWriteOffer™: A guided platform for buyers to write, sign, and submit real estate offers
• TC Desk™: Transaction coordination tools for managing real estate transactions

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our permission

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or upload to our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Payment and Fees

Certain features of our Services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

8. Cancellation and Refunds

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in content provided through our Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOMATE YOUR REAL ESTATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Automate Your Real Estate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and User Content.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
